2. Traditional dress is mandatory on the Garba Grounds.

3.  Rights of admission are reserved by the organizer.

4. In case of unavoidable circumstances leading to cancellation of the event, the organizer shall not be responsible for any claims or compensation.

5. Rain Policy: In case of rain or bad weather, the Garba event may be postponed or relocated to an indoor venue (if available). Tickets remain     valid for the new date or venue. Refunds are only applicable in case of 100% event cancellation. No refunds will be issued for postponed, venue changes, or weather-related adjustments.

• The following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue: handbags, plastic bottles, eatables, liquor, drugs, arms & ammunition, or any other items considered a threat to public safety.
• All attendees must comply with security measures in place.
• Parking is at the own's risk.
• Do not park vehicles on public roads to avoid traffic disturbance.
• Buying or selling of tickets outside the authorized counters at the venue is a punishable offense. Offenders will be penalized and legal action will be taken.
• Outside food and water bottles are not allowed inside the venue.
• Ticket is compulsory for all above 12 years.
• All legal matters will be subject to Himatnagar jurisdiction.
