TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Participation is open only to registered athletes through their school, academy, or authorized coach.

2. Valid age proof and identity proof are mandatory during registration and verification.

3. Athletes must compete only in their eligible age and weight category. The organizer reserves the right to verify both at any time.

4. Registration will be confirmed only after successful payment, and registration fees are non-refundable.

5. Athletes must report to the competition area at least 30 minutes before their scheduled bout. Failure to report after the final call may result in a walkover or disqualification.

6. All participants are expected to maintain discipline, respect, and sportsmanship throughout the championship. Misconduct may lead to penalties or disqualification.

7. The referee's and tournament officials' decisions shall be final and binding in all competition matters.

8. The organizing committee reserves the right to modify schedules, categories, or tournament formats if required due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Participants compete at their own risk. The organizers shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

10. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that athletes are medically fit to participate in the championship.

11. Photographs and videos captured during the event may be used by Ultra Athlete Games for promotional, marketing, and media purposes without additional permission or compensation.

12. Any form of age fraud, identity fraud, misconduct, or violation of tournament rules may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of awards or scholarships.

13. Participation in Ultra Athlete Games constitutes acceptance of all tournament rules, regulations, and decisions made by the organizing committee.
