Participants wishing to take part in competitions must register at the official registration desk on arrival.

The event is open to all age groups.

Attendees below 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who shall be fully responsible for the minor.

Competition judging will be based on costume, synchronization, energy, and overall performance.

The decision of the judges will be final and binding. No disputes will be entertained.

All attendees must maintain decorum, discipline, and respect towards others.

Any misconduct, harassment, use of abusive language, violence, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.

Alcohol, drugs, weapons, sharp objects, or outside food/drinks are strictly prohibited. Violation may lead to police action.

The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or evict any person without refund if found in violation of these rules.

By attending, attendees grant Advik Club the right to capture photographs, video, or audio recordings for promotional, archival, and social media purposes, without any compensation.

DSLRs, professional cameras, tripods, drones, or any high-end recording equipment are strictly prohibited inside the venue unless prior written permission is obtained from the organizers.

Personal photography and videography is allowed only if it does not disturb, harass, or harm other participants. Any misuse or wrongful use may lead to eviction and possible legal action.

Attendees must comply with all safety guidelines, crowd management rules, and health protocols announced at the venue.

Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals exhibiting illness or unsafe behavior.

Food and beverages will be provided by third-party vendors. Advik Club is not responsible for food quality, hygiene, or any food-related health issues. Attendees consume at their own discretion.

Attendance and participation are at the attendee’s own risk.

Advik Club, its organizers, partners, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, theft, loss, or damage to personal property occurring at or during the event.

Parking of vehicles at or outside the venue is entirely at the owner’s risk. The organizers shall not be responsible for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or belongings kept inside them.

Attendees are advised to take due care while dancing, moving within the venue, and handling personal belongings.

The event schedule, performances, competitions, and attractions are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.

In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, government restrictions, safety concerns, etc.), organizers shall not be liable for refunds, compensation, or damages.

Any participant found violating these terms, indulging in unfair practices, or disrupting the event will be disqualified/evicted without refund.

They waive any claims, rights, or demands against Advik Club arising out of attendance or participation.
