Early Arrival: We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the event for a seamless entry.

Mandatory Mask and Social Distancing: It is mandatory to wear masks at all times and follow social distancing norms.

Health Precautions: Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick.

Unlawful Resale: Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket will result in the seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

Admission Rights: Rights of admission are reserved.

Terms Subject to Change: These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the organiser.

Late Entry: Entry to the auditorium will not be allowed after 30 minutes from the start of the show.

Seat Allocation: Getting seats together is not guaranteed.

First-Come, First-Serve Seating: Seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis in all categories unless seat numbers are mentioned.

Right to Admission: Right to admission is reserved.

COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

Vaccination Requirement: As a precondition to gaining access to the venue, you are required to be fully vaccinated and may be required to display your COVID-19 certificate at the venue as per the prevailing norms/regulations in the respective State.

Exclusion for Protocol Violation: The venue provider and governing authorities reserve the right to exclude any user from the venue if there are sufficient grounds to believe the user has failed to abide by the protocols. You agree to exit without protest or refund.

State Restrictions: Users are required to check the restrictions as applicable in their State.

Liability: The venue and Bigtree reserve the right to change/modify the terms and conditions. Bigtree does not assume any responsibility with regard to any injury or complications due to COVID-19 accrued as a result of your participation.
