If an Organizer requests an advance minimum guarantee for event ticket sales, they must provide the following documentation:
Venue Booking Confirmation: A formal letter from the venue authority confirming the event booking.
Artist Confirmation: An official email or written confirmation from the artist or performer confirming their participation in the event.
Once the required documentation is submitted, our team will review the details and assess the event's potential. Based on this analysis, we will provide the Organizer with the maximum budget available for the event.
In the event that Mepass is unable to fulfil the advance minimum guarantee after documentation approval, Mepass's liability shall be limited to returning any advance amount paid by the organiser. Mepass shall not be liable for consequential or indirect losses arising from such inability.
