By purchasing a ticket and attending Colour Blast 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticketing & Entry
• Non-Refundable Tickets: Once booked, tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.
• Internet Handling Fee: A convenience fee may be charged per ticket. Please check the total amount before making the payment.
• Early Arrival: We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the event to ensure a smooth entry.
• QR Code-Based Entry: Entry will be allowed only through QR code scanning at the venue. Physical tickets will not be issued.
• Re-entry Policy: Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the venue.
2. Safety & Event Guidelines
• Organic Colors Only: Only event-provided organic colors are allowed. Bringing outside colors, water balloons, or chemical-based colors is strictly prohibited.
• Rain Dance & Water Play: Participate in the rain dance at your own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any injuries or water-related incidents.
• Crowd Management: The event will have bouncers & security staff at all entry points to ensure a safe experience.
• Health Precautions: If you feel unwell, have a fever, or experience any symptoms of illness, please do not attend the event.
• Unlawful Resale: Any attempt to resell tickets illegally will result in cancellation without refund.
3. Liquor & VIP Area Policies
• Liquor Bar (21+ Only): Alcohol will be available for purchase at the venue but will be served only to attendees aged 21+ with valid ID proof.
• Right to Refuse Alcohol Service: The event organizers reserve the right to deny alcohol service to anyone deemed intoxicated or unfit.
• VIP Experience: VIP ticket holders will have access to exclusive lounge seating, a premium DJ experience near the stage, and reserved tables.
4. General Event Rules
• Right to Admission: The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person without assigning any reason.
• Prohibited Items: Outside food, drinks, drugs, cigarettes, vapes, sharp objects, or any hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
• Mobile Phone Use: Unauthorized live streaming, photography, or videography is not allowed without prior permission.
• First-Come, First-Serve Seating: Seating (except VIP) is first-come, first-serve and cannot be reserved.
• Late Entry: Late arrivals may experience entry delays, and no refund will be provided for missed event time.
5. Liability & Disclaimer
• Personal Belongings: The organizers are not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal items.
• Weather Conditions: This is an open-air event and will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be issued for weather-related disruptions.
• Medical Assistance: Basic first-aid services will be available on-site. However, attendees are responsible for their own health & safety.
• Event Policy Changes: The terms & conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the event organizers without prior notice.
