By registering for the Rotary Queen City Half Marathon 2025, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Participants must adhere to the age criteria for each race category.
• Each participant is allowed to register for only one race category.
• Race kits, including T-shirts and bibs, must be collected at the Bib Expo prior to the event.
• The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant found violating the rules.
• All participants must follow the instructions of the race officials and medical personnel on duty.
• By participating, you consent to the use of your images and race results for promotional purposes.
