1. Consent: By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional or other purposes by the artist(s), producers, venue, and organizers. You hereby confirm that the Artist(s) performing are solely responsible for their views and expressions. The Habitat and it's officers, agents and employees shall not be held responsible for any objection taken by you or your group towards the Artist(s) presentation and script. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Habitat, it's officers, agents and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses of any nature whatsoever arising from or as a result of any Artists/performers

presentation/material/recording/performance(s).

2. Content Warning: This show may contain mature themes, abusive language, expletive, profanity, and political jokes etc. By purchasing tickets and attending the show, you acknowledge that you are willingly and voluntarily exposing yourself to such content.

3. Age Restriction: Entry would be permitted to Ages of 18 years plus only. A government issued ID would have to be produced if asked for at the gate by a member of our team. In the event that entry is denied, refund will not be issued. For the sake of abandoned clarity, the venue/producers/organisers are not responsible if tickets are purchased and entry is denied for being under the age restriction. Entry for children and anyone below the age of 18 is not allowed.

4. Liability: Photography and videography is strictly prohibited during the event. The Habitat may provide pouches/ sealing devices to keep all such filming devices in a secure manner in order to not disrupt the event. If you are found filming/recording, you will be escorted out of the event and the device used will be confiscated and checked for deleting the footage before returning to it's owner. Re-entry to the event will be at the discretion of The Habitat and it's officers. The venue, artist(s), producers, and organizers are not responsible for anv iniurv. loss, or damage caused during the event.

5. Seating: Seats are on a first-come, first-served basis, with free seating only. No seat numbers are allocated to tickets sold. Different ticket categories/prices do not indicate separate seating areas.

6. Entry and Re-entry: Entry to the venue will close 5 minutes after the show starts. Guests will not be allowed to enter the show after the gates are shut. During the show, access to washrooms/areas outside the venue will be permitted, but re-entry to the venue will not be allowed to avoid disturbing the performance.

7. Lineup Changes: The lineup or billed attractions, including the artist(s), are subject to changes without prior intimation.

8. Guest Information: All guest information, including full name and mobile number, must be provided prior to entry at the venue. Entry will not be permitted without this information.

9. Ticket Policy: Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

10. Arrival Time: We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the show for seamless entry.

11. Parking: There is no parking or valet provision at the venue.

12. Internet Handling Fee: An internet handling fee may be levied per ticket. Please check the total amount before payment.

13. Ticket Resale: Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket will lead to seizure orcancellation without refund or compensation.

14. Admission Rights: Rights of admission are reserved by the venue, artist(s), producers, and organizers.

15. Changes to Terms: These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the organizer.

16. Entry Denial: If any guest displays signs/symptoms of being sick, unwell, inebriated, intoxicated, or not in a state of decorum, they will be denied entry, and a refund will not be issued.

17. Reservation Confirmation: Phone calls may be made to guests to reconfirm their reservation/booking.

18. Interruption/Delay/Cancellations: I acknowledge that The Habitat is not responsible for any interruptions delays, or cancellations of my performance due to unforeseen circumstances, technical failures, or issues beyond its control. This includes, but is not limited to, power outages, technical malfunctions, or actions by external parties. I agree to release The Habitat from any liability arising from such interruptions.
