- The Participant affirms being sufficiently healthy and fit for voluntary participation.

- Participation in physical or strenuous activities is voluntary and entirely at participant's own risk.

- Organizers, management, agents, and all associated entities ("Releasees") are not liable for injury, illness, accident, death, psychological harm, or any other loss or damage, however caused, during the event except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

- Responsibility for safeguarding personal property lies with each participant, organizers disclaim any liability for loss, theft, or damage.

- All event-related risks, hazards-including effects of weather, loud music, physical activities-are voluntarily accepted, and all claims against organizers are waived/released.

- The waiver is binding upon the participant, heirs, and assigns, and a further liability release may be required at entry.

Indemnity - Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers and associates from any legal claims, actions, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from attendance, conduct, or participation at the event.
