No Refunds or Exchanges - Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded under any circumstances.

Internet Handling Fee - An Internet handling fee per ticket may be charged. The total amount payable will be displayed at checkout. Please review all charges before completing payment.

Participant Responsibility for Information - Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during ticket purchase, registration, or at any other time is true, correct, and complete. Organizers disclaim any liability for incorrect, misleading, or false information submitted. Entry and participation may be denied if false information is detected

Arrival Time Recommendation - Event entry is managed for safety and convenience. Participants are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starts to facilitate a smooth entry.

Unlawful Resale - Unlawful resale, or attempted unlawful resale, of tickets will result in seizure or cancellation of such tickets without refund, compensation, or liability. Legal action may be pursued.

Rights of Admission Reserved -

- Organizers reserve the absolute right to refuse, revoke, or cancel entry or registration at their sole discretion, including but not limited to the following grounds:

- Inappropriate, indecent, or offensive clothing.

- Unaccompanied minors (individuals below 18 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian).

Conduct that is disruptive, unruly, dangerous, or detrimental to the event or safety of other participants.

- Intoxication, possession of prohibited substances/items, or violation of event rules.

- No explanation is required, and no liability is accepted for any costs or damages resulting from denied entry or ejection.

Medical Clearance & Participant Fitness - Participants are solely responsible for their own medical status and fitness to participate. If in doubt about ability to safely engage in any strenuous or physical activity, it is strongly advised that they obtain prior clearance from a medical practitioner before participation.

Attendance and participation are voluntary and at the participant's own risk.

Changes to Terms - These Terms and Conditions are subject to amendment by the organizers at any time. Please review the latest terms before each event.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Disclaimer -

- The Participant affirms being sufficiently healthy and fit for voluntary participation.

Participation in physical or strenuous activities is voluntary and entirely at participant's own risk.

Organizers, management, agents, and all associated entities ("Releasees") are not liable for injury, illness, accident, death, psychological harm, or any other loss or damage, however caused, during the event except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Responsibility for safeguarding personal property lies with each participant, organizers disclaim any liability for loss, theft, or damage.

- All event-related risks, hazards-including effects of weather, loud music, physical activities-are voluntarily accepted, and all claims against organizers are waived/released.

- The waiver is binding upon the participant, heirs, and assigns, and a further liability release may be required at entry.

Indemnity - Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers and associates from any legal claims, actions, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from attendance, conduct, or participation at the event.
