Non-Transferable Passes: Passes once created cannot be exchanged or transferred.

Early Arrival: We recommend that you arrive at least 60 minutes prior to the event for a seamless entry.

Mandatory University/College ID Check: Carrying a Valid University/College ID Card along with the Entry Pass is mandatory. The name on the pass will be cross-checked against the ID Card at the entrance.

Gate Closure: Entry gates will close strictly at 06:30 PM. Late arrivals will not be permitted.

No Re-Entry: Re-Entry is strictly prohibited. Once you exit the venue, you will not be allowed back in.

Admit One: One Pass is valid for one person only.

Faculty Identification: All faculty members are requested to carry their valid University- issued ID cards along with their entry passes.

Prohibited Items: Alcohol, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, outside food/beverages, and sharp objects are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
