• All participants must book in advance, as walk-ins are not permitted.
• Each ticket is valid for one person only.
• There are no refunds, rescheduling, or cancellations available under any circumstances.
• The studio is closed on Mondays, so please plan your visit accordingly.
• Participants must be aged 6 years or older.
• Arrive at least 10 minutes before the session starts. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your session will be canceled without a refund or rescheduling option. No exceptions for traffic delays.
• Firing and glazing services are available at an additional cost.
• Eco-friendly options are encouraged; bring your own box if desired (maximum size: 15×15×10 cm).
