By participating in MILES 2025, attendees agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All participants must be students in Grades 8-12 and register as a team of 1-4 members.
• The registration fee of ₹1,999 per team is non-refundable.
• Participants must adhere to the event schedule and guidelines provided by the organizers.
• All ideas and presentations must be original and the intellectual property of the participants.
• Organizers reserve the right to use photographs and recordings of the event for promotional purposes.
• Winners will be selected based on the judges' discretion, and their decision will be final.
