By participating in the State Level Drawing Competition Nov 2025, attendees agree to the following terms and conditions: Registration is mandatory and begins 30 minutes before the event. All participants must present a valid school ID card at registration. Each participant is responsible for bringing their own drawing materials, including pads and art kits. The use of drawing templates and brush pens is prohibited. The competition duration is 60 minutes per category, and results will be announced 90 minutes after each category's completion. Trophies will be awarded to winners, and all participants will receive a medal and a certificate of participation.
