* Age Policy & Ticketing: This event is open to families; however, children aged 8 and above must possess a valid ticket for entry. Children under 8 are permitted free of entry when accompanied by a ticket-holding adult, though we advise parental discretion due to high-volume music and lighting.

* Gate Policy: Doors open at 8:30 PM. To maintain the exclusivity of the performance, gates will close strictly at 9:20 PM. No entries will be permitted after this time, regardless of ticket possession.

* Re-entry: For security and crowd management, no re-entry is permitted once you exit the venue premises.

* Valid ID: All guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID upon request.

1. Entry & Timing

2. Food & Beverage (The Electric Crust)

* Limited Menu: Under this event pass, only the selected Bollytech-fusion food items (The Electric Crust menu) will be served. A-la-carte orders outside this fixed menu may be subject to additional charges and availability.

* Alcohol Policy: The WeeksEnd maintains a strict policy regarding outside substances. Carrying alcohol, cigarettes, or any illegal substances into the venue is strictly prohibited.

3. Code of Conduct & Safety

* Intoxication: Any individual found to be intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances at the entrance will be denied entry without a refund.

* Behavior: The venue reserves the Right to Admission (R.A.R.). Any guest found misbehaving, causing a disturbance, or damaging property will be escorted out immediately.

* Zero Tolerance: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards drugs. Any person found in possession of or consuming illegal substances will be handed over to the local authorities.

4. Ticketing & Refunds

* Non-Refundable: All passes (Early Bird, Stag, Couple, and Group) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

* Pass Integrity: Each pass is valid for a single entry for the specified category only. Tampering with wristbands or passes will void entry.

5. Media & Photography

* Promotional Consent: By entering The Beatzza Party, guests acknowledge that they may be photographed or filmed. These materials may be used for promotional purposes by The WeeksEnd and DJ Zest across social media and marketing channels.

6. General

* Disclaimer: The organizers are not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings. Please use the designated areas (if available) or keep your items secure.

* Dress Code: Guests are encouraged to follow the Neon Glamour / Futuristic Chic dress code. The venue reserves the right to deny entry for inappropriate attire (e.g., flip-flops/singlets).
