- Early Arrival: We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the event for a seamless entry.

- Unlawful Resale: Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket will result in the seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

- Late Entry: Entry to the auditorium will not be allowed after 30 minutes from the start of the show.

- First-Come, First-Serve Seating: Seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis in all categories unless seat numbers are mentioned.

COVID-19 Safety Guidelines
- Vaccination Requirement: As a precondition to gaining access to the venue, you are required to be fully vaccinated and may be required to display your COVID-19 certificate at the venue as per the prevailing norms/regulations in the respective State.
- Exclusion for Protocol Violation: The venue provider and governing authorities reserve the right to exclude any user from the venue if there are sufficient grounds to believe the user has failed to abide by the protocols. You agree to exit without protest or refund.
